Exceptional customer service, providing our guests with the best experience possible and being an all-around great property are our day-to-day goals at the Holiday Inn University Center.  We are proud to announce that our hotel has received the most improved Overall Satisfaction ratings for our Region for the quarter!

Our hotel is truly exemplary; we’re a Silver Level Greenleader with Tripadvisor, an IHG Green Engage Hotel, and perfectly located directly across from the University of Gainesville. One of our guests couldn’t have said it better: we have an “amazing, caring, kind and helpful front desk!” (Tripadvisor.com).

Receiving this award means we’re meeting our guests expectations by providing them with the pleasant stay they expect from a Holiday Inn, and shows how much they appreciate it!
